A loooong day!

Just home from school.
She did spectacular!!!
She had said yesterday,
"it might get a little boring in there-"
seeing how she attends class in the library.
She was referencing all the books and the fact that there were no toys in her class.
Today,
boring
was the last thing on her mind as she told me about school.
As we pulled in the garage she said,
"I'm just leaving my stuff in the car, I am worn out!"
"You are?" I asked.
"Mo-om, I had to do 10 jumping jacks in my P.E. class!"

He is working on a sketch in a new comic hero's sketch book I bought him for the first day of school.
(it was on his seat as he entered the car)
He was excited to get it and has been sketching ever since.
School for him today was "great!"
"It really does wear you out though!" he exclaimed.

Little man is eating one of my homemade cookies.
Don't start worrying I have saved many for you!
(he missed his bro. and sis. today)
Right in the middle of our day he says in a questioning tone,
"kindergarten??"

Our oldest is at football.
I am so anxious to hear how his first full day went!

My day is not even half over.
I have to get some more school supplies,  pick up a few groceries, help with homework, cook dinner,
order out for dinner, a little housekeeping and a lot of mothering.

I would really like to squeeze in a fast run too. (:

Love,
Me
