Gnomeo and Juliet

Today at 4 we were at the tail end of the movie, Gnomeo and Juliet. It was cute. Our oldest thought it was dumb, but the 3 younger ones really enjoyed it! I thought it was cute too. We originally were going to see the 1:40 but it was only in 3D. The kids really don't enjoy 3D so we waited a little over an hour for the next 2D showing. During our wait we went across the street and we were excited to get a 'walk in' appointment for our littlest a haircut and our daughter a manicure-

 She picked golden sparkle polish.

 She also got a sparkle star on each cheek.

 And a butterfly on each ring finger.

 He sat very very still for his haircut while he held 2 cars and watched Despicable Me.

 1/2 way done.

All cleaned up.

With 'tossled layers' on top.

Chicken and Bean Soup at Nana B.'s house

Our littlest says, "she isn't Nana, she is Grandma B."

And this is what our daughter had to say about Nana B today, 

"she looks so good she looks like a 40 year old!"

Hope you are doing well in Dallas. I saw you had a near 80 degree day today.

We were just barely at 50...
