D.C. Trip day One (travel and snacks!)

9:30 a.m.

We left this morning right on time.

The traffic wasn't heavy at all on the way to the airport.

We pulled into the terminal at 10 and left the ground at noon.

 By 4 o'clock we are in the shuttle van from the hotel heading to CVS to pick up the snacks for the week. Our oldest is tired and says he going to take a rest for the 4 o'clock photo.

 Caleb is checking his phone for a message. (I think.)

 And the shuttle is just dropping us off at the CVS.

Snacks galore! WE are so hot, can you tell. It is 96 degrees with a heat index of 110. Whoa. But we are set for the week. (we also bought snacks from the local vendors at the fruit market. Thankfully, they let us know we were purchasing vegan brownies before we bought them... ;)

Dinner
We had a late lunch at McCormick's.
